Our story
It all started in the late 2010s when Jacob Curtis, a real estate agent in Central PA, wanted to build a network of real estate investors to help homeowners sell their unwanted, worn down, and hard-to-sell properties. He founded Mid Atlantic Home Solution® in 2019, a home-buying company that homeowners could confidently sell their houses to “as is.”
By the early 2020s, Mid Atlantic became known as the “The Most Trusted Home Buyer” thanks to its iconic advertising campaign's. The bright Green signs and friendly staff, reassured homeowners that regardless of condition, they could still sell their house “as is.” Since then, Mid Atlantic Home Solution® has offered thousands of house sellers a judgment-free and hassle-free way to sell their homes.
